The mission of the department is to improve the drainage and sewage systems to treat sewage and dispose of rainwater in an environmentally responsible manner; to deliver efficient, cost-effective and courteous services to the public; to foster good working relationship with our clients, consultants and contractors; and to provide a safe, healthy and rewarding working environment for their staff.
